|President's Corner Message|
After a number of challenging years, Victory Resources Corp has restructured its Board of Directors in 2016 to further enhance the company’s future.
Victory Resources (VR) principal business activity is sourcing and exploration of mineral properties in Canada, and is currently in the process of evaluating and exploring two mineral properties. The Rich Lake Gold/Lithium property in Northern Ontario and the Gold/Copper property outside of Merritt, British Columbia.
Based on results from the 2014 Geophysical survey on the Queen zone in Merritt, BC, VR has acquired drill permits and has completed the archeological study provided by the local First Nations Band. VR’s IP survey confirmed and surpassed previous results, with an IP anomaly over 1 kilometre long with apparent chargeability of 39 mts.
Victory Resources has also increased its Lithium/Gold land holdings in the Rich Lake, Opikeigan Lake area. The property is comprised of 8 claims, of 1344 hectares, totalling 3321 acres. The property is located 360 kms north of Thunder Bay and within 20 kms of Fort Hope in North-Central Ontario. Past work by a number of exploration companies indicated a significant gold mineralization exists on the property.
The property is situated within the Fort Hope greenstone belt which, in this area hosts numerous pegmatite dykes, which have been explored for their lithium and precious metals mineralization’s since the 1950’s. As interest and demand on lithium minerals has increased significantly, driven by the increased importance and production of lithium-ion batteries as the next generation power source, the search for lithium has been renewed with many historically explored “lithium” properties under investigation. The Company has arranged the preparation of a NI 43-101 report to be completed by an independent third party qualified person, (Mr. John Archibald, P.Geo.). The Company anticipated releasing results soon.
With two projects ongoing and the possibility of discoveries on both properties, the future looks very encouraging for the shareholders of Victory Resources Corporation.
