Victory Provides Rich Lake Lithium Update

Vancouver, BC – VICTORY RESOURCES CORPORATION (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company is in the process of increasing its Rich Lake Lithium Project land holdings which are located 360 kilometers north of Thunder Bay, and within 20 kilometers of Fort Hope in North-Central Ontario. The property is situated within the Fort Hope greenstone belt which, in this area hosts numerous pegmatite dykes, which have been explored for lithium and precious metals since the 1950’s. 

The Company has arranged the preparation of a NI 43-101 report to be completed by an independent third party qualified person (Mr. John Archibald, P.Geo.). An active work program is presently in process, including mapping and sampling of the known prospective resource areas. The Company anticipates releasing results soon.

Due to non-performance, the joint venture announced in the Victory Resources news release on August 29, 2016, between Victory Resources Corporation and Urban Mining Ventures Inc. has been terminated and the Company (VR) retains 100% ownership of the property.
